Hello!
I’m Mariana Figueiredo, a Journalism student with a strong interest in digital storytelling and article writing.
Throughout my course, I’ve worked across a range of media formats, including news and feature writing, audio production, video reporting, and data-driven research. A lot of my work focuses on researching topics and presenting information clearly, while also adapting content for different platforms and audiences.
My work usually explores media, music, and technology, and how they affect everyday life. I also cover local community stories when they catch my interest. Academically, I’m particularly interested in media change, online platforms, and how journalism is evolving in contemporary society.
This website acts as a portfolio of my academic work and reflects my development throughout my studies at Griffith College Dublin.
